Felix Aguilar & Associates is a consulting firm specializing in trade, investment, lobbying and Mexican government relations. Felix Aguilar & Associates was created in 1998 by Felix Aguilar who worked in the Mexican government for over 18 years.

Mr. Aguilar was the Coordinator of the Mexican lobby team of the Secretary of Commerce and Industrial Development for the approval of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)and the Fast Track Authority by the US Congress.

During the NAFTA trade negotiation, he was member of the Mexican team for the chapters of cross-border trade in services, telecommunications, land transportation and temporary entry of business persons. In his last post, Mr. Aguilar was director general for domestic trade at the Secretary of Commerce and Industrial Development.
